An Author with a Purpose

During a taping of “The Read with Carylee” show (which airs February 20th) at Jirani’s Coffeehouse in Manassas, VA. we had the chance to meet with Mr. Marc Boston, a husband, father of three and an author.
He read his book, “The Girl Who Carried Too Much Stuff.” Afterward, we sat down with Marc to discuss how he became a writer and the importance of African American representation in books.
